I remembered that scene from a trailer on the end of the VHS edition of Oriental Babysitter. You're right that it's pretty clearly a loop carrier. The cum swap stuck in my mind too, never seen such degeneracy in my young life. Eventually I was able to track down a copy for download, I don't think it has ever received a DVD release.




Absolutely, that cum swap was—at least to my young mind at the time—revolutionary. It has to be one of the very earliest full-on swaps released on video too. I don't recall seeing anything like it again until much later. That would be an interesting research project for this board - the first cum-swap*
