I remembered that scene from a trailer on the end of the VHS edition of Oriental Babysitter. You're right that it's pretty clearly a loop carrier. The cum swap stuck in my mind too, never seen such degeneracy in my young life. Eventually I was able to track down a copy for download, I don't think it has ever received a DVD release.
