In Alaska, it's perfectly acceptable to cover your bedroom windows completely with aluminum foil to keep out the latenight sunshine in the summer. And when someone gets busted for growing, it's because the cops work with the power company to determine who's using way more power than their neighbors, especially in rural areas.
