So on my drive to work about two or three times a week I see this kid who looks to be 16 or 17 planted on the corner of an intersection by the freeway. He has a plywood cutout of a guitar and he's strumming like Billy Joe, but with more of a limp, and neck spasm. I cant figure out if I want to roll down the window and douse the little fucker with my 110 degree Starbucks or show up one day and give the kid a real guitar and hope it enriches our world. I must be getting old or tired or something. I know when I was younger I would have drove by with the door open and knocked him down. Uhhh...don't know anymore.
