I had a friend who'd drive like that, but only because he couldn't see for shit at nighttime. I guess he thought getting closer to the windshield would help. Mostly, it made me nervous.

What I don't get is shorter guys who lean their seats way back and then drive with one hand. These are usually wiggers. One of the funniest things I've ever seen was a guy driving like this getting into a car accident a few years back. It was a 3 lane road and the right two lanes were bumper to bumper with stopped traffic. This guy rolled in real slow from the side street and gave a Vanilla Ice backwards peace sign to the cars that were letting him cross, only to get T-boned by a car he couldn't see driving up in the 3rd lane. He went from hero to zero in no time flat. No one was hurt, so it's OK to laugh.
