This is true and indeed it doesn't matter even if his cell was on AT&T -- at worse she would be using up some of her allotted minutes -- she is calling a local US number -- it doesn't matter where the person being called is located. On the other hand her BF would be hit with steep roaming charges everytime he talks on a US cell phone while abroad. Maybe she is trying to get her sucker fans to pay her BFs phone bill, cause it can't be hers unless he had an Iraqi cell phone (not really likely).
