U.S. troops pay in blood and ignorance. If they come out in 3/4's of a piece maybe they can get a break on state college if they didn't receive a head wound or a shot to the gut that leaks shit or piss from a bomb hidden in a dogs ass on the side of a road. That being said it still makes them better than most of the world.
