The contract was a little more specific than just "make another movie for us", but I agree about him not being able to deliver as he used to. I went to see one of his productions near San Francisco and it was a little weird because it played out like a student film shoot. I think his short films are so much better, especially BedHead and his scene from Four Rooms.
