No. "superpatriot" - one word - is a much older term than "terrorist". A "superpatriot" is more like a "revolutionary" than a "terrorist".
I went by the building today and the damage appears surprisingly minimal. All of the siding & windows fell off - everything just clipped on - and the moisture underlayment is gone, but the structure seems fine. I could not get to an angle to see if the beams seemed bent, but I would not be surprised if those repairs took only a couple of weeks plus replacing interior finishing and plus replacing the roof (almost certainly ruined by the fire).
