No, they don't. The companies I dealt with acted in a professional manner. Take polaroids, discuss what you do/ don't do in scenes, some small talk and joking around (William H and Mason. Love them!), sometimes reading from a sample script, then they book you. They may book you there on the spot or call your agent later.
