You can say what you want about Notdonny.
This cat has progressed further in the food chain than 19 out of 20 people who begin as performers ever will. When you progress in porn, invariably you will meet with resistance due to personality conflicts, financial perception and cliquish attitudes and behavior and sometimes from sheer haterism.
Any one that is actually in porn, who has aspired to do more than fuck on film would be lying if they said it isn't "political"
Some of what Notdonny would like to do affects other peoples income directly.
Notdonny has met resistance head on in those quarters.
There is also a longstanding tactic I have witnessed many times in this industry. When people don't like what you are doing? The crazy rumors start. If you don't give a fuck, you can start to look deranged, especially if that is how people want you to look.
Lastly,different people have different experiences and different interactions in porn than what someone else would have in the same situation.
Notdonny is not crazy. I have seen some of the things he speaks of first hand.
These same people have helped me feed my child and I also choose not to burn bridges and recognize the porn hierarchy. I also believe there is another way to achieve my goals aside from wasting energy trying to bring anyone down. Been there.. done that..
I find it easier to remain grateful, recognize what has worked for me instead of against me and keep it moving
Cause if something doesn't help me, it hurts me.
