No Toelicker that is how I am too, every Tuesday I seek out the couple of dvds that I'm getting that week and if they don't have them I get pissed. Are you buying or renting these dvds on tuesdays? Although the release dates are not set in stone they are usually correct this close to tuesday.

Oh, I usually rent. I only buy my real favorites. For example, I own Trainspotting, Resident evil, Fight Club, Altered States, Lolita, Mullholland Drive, Equilibrium, etc . . .

Hey, MAD TV the complete first season is coming out on September 21!!!

Just an FYI.

I can't find a description of this one: Night Stalker, The / The Night Strangler (Double Feature) (MGM).

I'm not sure if it's something I'll want. do you know anything about it?

Is it about Richard Ramirez?

Holy crap. The worst of the early 80´s.

Little trivia about The Apple: during its premiere at the Paramount Theater in Hollywood, audiences threw their free souvenir soundtracks at the screen, causing extensive damage.

The mst3000 release really ticked me off because I already bought the single of Manos- now I could have gotten two flicks for cheaper than I paid for Manos.

Dude, if you love MSt3k- definitely pick up the essentials set- just for Manos- the hands of fate- one of the worst movies ever and yet totally ripe for the mst treatment- and I see that smartt likes the santa flick that is also included in the set- 2 flicks for like 17.99 at circuit city ( or better yey if your store has it for rent). Sorry about getting that list out late- I know you like to check those out like I do for tuesday. I got my Magnum Pi set so I am as happy as a pig in poo (not Mr. ) and I also picked up the Punisher and Ladykillers- big week. Next week is pretty big too- should have it up thursday dudes.

Is that really that good? I have never seen it and already have the Manos sigle disc. Although I would guess a lot of people like it if it is in a set called essentials.

This is what I'm gonna get this weekend:

Made back when George Lucas was an artist and before he became just another Hollywood Hack.

Toelicker you were right about the Punisher- which i liked so I bet I'll like Man On Fire too. Well I know I'll like it anyway because Denzel is a Fordham Graduate

Have2- what is tha Lucas movie about- i have seen it in a few stores but the box freaked me out so I didn't check it out.

About a 25th-century totalitarian state where mankind is stripped of any individuality. People are numbered drones, and a government-enforced program of sedating drugs controls the populace. The story's title character, THX, is a factory worker whose life is irrevocably changed when he stops taking his mind-numbing drugs.

Staring Robert Duvall and Donald Pleasence

Sounds like an Equilibrium copy, which is a Farhenheit 451 and 1984 copy.

All great stuff.

Cleet, you will like Man On Fire. And you will cheer when he gets those muthafuckas!

I finally watched it and I loved it. Denzel is the man with the master plan

I honestly think that Man on Fire was one of the better movies I have seen this year, it was everything I was hoping for from the Punisher- man Creasy was the one dealing out punishment not the Punisher. He got his pound of flesh and then some in his quest for revenge- not pussy footing around for Denzel in this flick. 4 stars out of 5.

Hey, Cleetus. I have a difficult time picking out the good titles from your list.

Is there a way you can seperate the popular ones that came through the theater, so I can check those out individually?

I know, it's a lot to ask, but I usually end up having to just go to Yahoo or IMDB to get the titles.

Peace.

T.

Fuck yeah! Thanks. This is what I am talking about. I didn't know Walking Tall was coming out, and I never would have gotten that far down the list. I am a geek I know, but The Rock rules.

I like most of those. I just saw my first episode of crank Yankers the other day, and that is a must see.
