But Barack Obama's budgets excel in one year all the deficits of George W. Bush's previous eight years. I'll concede the 2009 budget may have been something Obama got stuck with, but the 2010 budget's all his -- and his response to the explosion of red ink is to spend more ($3.8 trillion as against $3.6 trillion the year before). I disagree, and suspect most Americans do as well.

The question should not be "Who fucked it up?" but "Are you gonna make it worse?" Why make it worse?
