Looks like they've got a "PAFH-filter" going on:
"Registration is closed until further notice. Do NOT use our contact form to ask when it will be open, as you won't get a response. We recommend that you check back often, as registrations are periodically opened. If you applied for membership, but were not accepted, make sure you fill in the "why you should be a member" section when you apply the next time."
With mods called "ZodiacKiller," "WarmCyanide" and "Uncle Wiggly" I wonder why.
