Sounds like a great way to let Indy run up the score in the first half and force New Orleans into a one-dimensional passing offense in the second half.

Quite a few teams have been able to confuse Manning early in the game. He's figured every one out so far at halftime at the latest, and nobody has been able to change their look during the game so much as to confuse him again.

New Orleans' best plan is not to count on the defense so much as to count on the offense to be able to run and take time off the clock, getting the defense to stop Indy a couple of series. Playing keep-away hasn't worked yet but New Orleans has the players to give it a go.

(in other words, I think Indy can easily beat New Orleans' defense, but if New Orleans makes the game about Indy stopping New Orleans' running that's winnable)
