If that is so, I see no reason for Bishop not to be a mod.
FYI, most of the mods were VERY active at the time they were "mod-ed" with little or no periods of long inactivity.

It is true that Bishop & I have had our issues. But, we had a very public "handshake" and I put aside my misgivings - which mostly had to do with attacks, perceived or otherwise, from back in 2006-7. To Bishop's credit, he was able to put his issues away long before I did.
But, that isn't uncommon here. Feelings about people change over time. Some for the better, some for the worse.
I used to severely irritate quite a few people that I get along rather well with now. Gia, Bornyo, Elab, you name it.
