No one specifically. It's the character of the whole place. Just like a playground, people are always either bullying or being bullied, teasing or being teased. Someone new shows up and says something innocent (but probably stupid) and it sets off a string of responses: "Stop posting." "Die. And stop posting." etc. I don't really participate in most of the fights because I'm generally just trying to keep myself amused.
