Yes. If you're doing UN resolutions, you have to wait until you convince the UN to do something, ala Bush senior.

There was no dire threat to our country. Especially since we were already busy with one war.

None of them had as a punishment, "or we will invade".

They aren't OUR resolutions. We aren't vigilantes and were not under direct threat.

Or are you planning to land a force in Tel Aviv next week since the Israelis have been ignoring their own share of UN resolutions?

I see our country better off today and debt free if Saddam was still sitting in power in Baghdad under severe economic pressure, UN sanctions up the wazoo and subjected to periodic missile strikes.
