Oops, he did again: apparently Bullock has ditched James because he had an affair with Michelle Bombshell McGee -- a young lady with more tattoos than Janine.

So, Janine may get custody of her kid back after all -- with Bullock out of the picture, James will probably loose interest in the little brat.
