Im sure what happened was she was offered the "deal" of quitting porn, or going to prison/halfway house, and she chose to quit porn, and then thought she could get away with it with no one finding out. Simple really. You can be sentenced to all kinds of weird stuff, when you agree to it, to avoid prison, etc.
