Huh? What does good parenting have to do with criminal charges -- at any event doesn't the father have full custody of the brat in question?

Janine had sole custody of her daughter after Jesse left her for Sandra Bullock. Three years later, Jesse came back in Janine's life and said he wanted to be a part of her daughter's life. Janine was happy and said she started making baby books for Jesse since he missed out on the first three years of her life. Janine agreed on joint custody. Then one day, Janine said Jesse lost it and started suing her for sole custody. The judge ruled Janine and Jesse share joint custody. Someone tips off the IRS about Janine not paying her taxes. She gets sent to prison and that's when Jesse got sole custody while Janine is in prison. She was suppose to get joint custody back after she left but Sandra Bullock thought differently.

Jesse only had sole custody while Janine is in prison. Anyone who says Sandra should get the child seem to forget that Sandra has no legal right to the child. Only Jesse does. Sandra is only a babysitter. So you keep on rooting for Sandra but the child is legally Jesse's child. When they do eventually get a divorce like his other two marriages, the child will go to Jesse and his ex-con "former" drug addict environment. There aren't that many long lasting marriages where it first started off with the husband leaving his 8-month pregnant wife for his mistress. It won't last and Jesse, not his whore third wife, will be raising the child.
