When they do eventually get a divorce like his other two marriages, the child will go to Jesse and his ex-con "former" drug addict environment. There aren't that many long lasting marriages where it first started off with the husband leaving his 8-month pregnant wife for his mistress. It won't last and Jesse, not his whore third wife, will be raising the child.

This would never happen if the porn star is a man. You never hear of that ever happening unless if the porn star is a woman. The problem was never porn or the porn environment. The problem was Sandra Bullock can't have children. If Jesse suddenly NOW wants her daughter away from the porn star environment, then pay enough child support so the mother won't have to go back into the porn industry that she tried for so long to leave. Current mood: blessed
So, this is the deal....Jeremy and I started filming my new Vivid movie Tuesday....we were ready, focused and detemend to do our best. We NEEDED to....our livelyhood depended on the movie...which is the reason my lawyer up in Or. fought so hard to get it approved. The movie was given the green light....we talked bout bringing our personal bedroom life out to the public and we were nervous and sceptical to say the least but we knew it was going to be a long, cold, winter without funds coming in. So we gave it out best shot....problem was our best just wasn't good enough. I pulled the plug bout a 1/2 hour after our b/g scene was completed. I was notified by the director it just was not up to parr. So, to me, that was my que to packup and exit....hand in hand with my husband. No hard feelings....shit happens. We're now onto plan "B" which consists of being flat broke, surrendering our car, and selling our furniture.
I head out tomorrow for Portland where I will be spending upto 4 months at an all womans halfway house for "violating my probation". Jeremy will be selling the stuff here and on ebay then heading off to Lancaster to be near his kids. When I am released I will meet up with him there. We're both on "a mission" of sorts....something totally outta the box. I'm excited.....everything is a mystery just the way I like it. My mom works about 10 blocks away from the halfway house so I'll be well taken care of.
As far as "the porn world" and will I return....I really don't know. I hope not, because if I do that means I'm too chicken-shit to do anything else. Let's just wait and see.
I'll talk to you guys as soon as I'm allowed internet access....til then talk to Jeremy. He'll let u know whats going on. I love you guys more then you'll ever realize. Thanks for having my back no matter what!

Since 99% of all cases end up with plea deals. Im sure what happened was she was offered the "deal" of quitting porn, or going to prison/halfway house, and she chose to quit porn, and then thought she could get away with it with no one finding out. Simple really. You can be sentenced to all kinds of weird stuff, when you agree to it, to avoid prison, etc.

Discovery aired an episode several years ago that I call the "Jesse is a Jerk" episode that covered his past and his personality problems right up to the present, and it wasn't a pretty picture. You don't often see a show outlining the brutal truth about their star, but they sure did here.

Discovery Channel covered all of this in an episode around the time when Janine left. That episode also blamed Jesse as the sole reason for that divorce. *his own show* said it wasn't Janine's fault.
The conviction was in juvenile court but enough money was involved that had he been over 18 it would have it have been a felony in an adult court.

I don't know anything about James' business (I only care about motorcycles with leather clad babes on them) but anything that depends on sponsorships is gone at this point -- all the sponsors have to do is look at the tattoo on his new GFs forehead. Can't believe no one has posted pics yet.
As for the kid -- James fought for it because Bullock wanted it. When Bullock divorces his ass, she won't have any standing in court, so she can't get custody either. Custody is decided in favor of the _child_, not the parents. I bet she can get a lawyer to argue in court that since she and Jesse had custody at time of divorce, she can retain custody after divorce. Courts strongly favor biological parents, but when the biological parents are not suitable as in this case, well, that's where new case law comes from.

Wanna buy some Amway? There is no way in hell Sandy will get custody of the young girl. I don't care how powerful Bullock has she doesn't have a leg to stand on when she isn't the biological parent.
I will say it's a fucked up situation but as others have stated, James went after custody mainly b/c of Sandy.
And most people realize that. It's fucked up the way karma goes in life. Really there are no good folks involved in this drama. Also, I never could understand why Bullock would want to be w/ that dude when she could get anybody she wanted.

If California does a TPA [termination of parental rights] the way would be clear for neither parent to have custody and it's a crap shoot then with grandparents usually being first in line.

Even if the marriage does end, it plays no relevance on whether Janine gets custody back of the kid. Sorry but doing webcam fuck shows while your child is in another room of a very small apartment is irresponsible to say the least. Marrying a felon/skinhead that you met at a halfway house doesn't say "I'm a responsible parent/adult". Nor is violating the terms of your probation.
