That was always a pleasant site to see as I surfed and slalomed the rough road and potholes of the Schuylkill Expressway in the 80s.



I don't know how the road is now, but in the mid-80s to early-90s, it was the worst highway I've ever driven. That includes the darkest days of the BQE.
