How in the fuck does this list exist with just names?

Seriously.

I've seen databases before that displayed far more information than just the name. Shouldn't it be fucking obvious that a 8 year old is *NOT* a terrorist?

This is 2010. We have porn on demand. We have cheese in a can. We have the internets. Why can we not have a watch list that is useful?
