If you saw the actual reports they might bother you, too. They ALL seem to ooze waste.

It's like being an employee in a restaurant kitchen. So, take my disdain with the requisite salt.


However, I believe that you are correct. The two best I recall in terms of % of donations that went to programs were the Salvation Army & Goodwill Industries. In addition, both employ people who might otherwise be unemployable.
