Regarding London and other countries, just cause they give a junkie their morning sick shot doesnt mean they arent out searching all day for more dope and doing it the clean way so I dont think that its such a great idea to go get a free shot. Junkies lives are all about getting and wanting all day long.
Thats just the boost they need to go stealing, or whatever they have to do to use throughout the day.
Harm reduction is wonderful and Ive attended many HIV classes just for my own knowledge. Im not arguing with you, Im just saying that I doubt it will curtail the use of the addict. Being told how to do it properly doesnt mean they will, they still share and use water from puddles, there are still shooting galleries, it will always be the same. Until it becomes legal and taxed that may be the only way it may change a bit. I really dont care to talk about this anymore, I just know Im not living that life anymore, so I really dont care about them, if they decide to use and take the risk, whatever happens, happens. Up to the individual, you want to stop, you stop, end of story.
