Yeah I haven't seen Avatar either - just from the trailer the story looked very predictable. A lot of friends have seen it - the general consensus seemed to be that you wouldn't see that movie if it weren't for the effects but the effects are apparently beautiful ( although other people have said they didn't see much difference between Avatar and other 3D productions )
Apparently the storyline is just rubbish - friends say you can tell its all just plagiarised garbage, so much so that people were laughing it was so bad, and apparently the acting is atrocious. Sam Worthington makes us embarrassed to be australians
