I usually don't waste a lot of time studying the draft but this year I looked at who would have the top ten picks, and the projected top ten to be picked. I could see Spiller as a Bucaneer. They have Cadillac Williams but he is only averaging 850+/- yards per season. It would get him back close to his mother in Florida, who has done all she could to sabotage his career thus far.

Tampa Bay couldn't do any worse.
