Is that okay what DF does? Can Wordpress shut her blog down for this? Is that the best way to get finally rid of her? How can you report that - do you need a DMCA notice?

Here's how it works. You wait until either you get their email from the agency saying to pull the pictures or Wordpress suspends the blog until you log in and take down the pictures. After the pictures are taken down, then the blog is back up and running again.
