I didnt make that up. SHaron Mitchell testifies before a State Assembly Committee that these were the new protocols, and now it seems Mr. douglas actually believes that they were put into place. Maybe someone should tell MR. Douglas that Mitchlel was playing a litle loose with the truth.
I guess its possible that Douglas actuall believes these protocols are in place, but I doubt it.
