The statements are libellous not slanderous, and 1) truth is an affirmative defense, and 2) under contemporary standards of American jurisprudence Jenna Jameson is a public figure and is therefore subject to fair comment and criticism as long as it is not maliciously untruthful.(I realize the last statement somewhat conflates two different concepts of the law of defamation, but I don't feeling like posting a two thousand word post.
