1. He likely left in part because he fears investigation/sanctions.

2. All recruits who would have otherwise committed to USC are now up for grabs.

3. The PAC-10 may fall below the Big East.

4. Notre Dame may finally get that elusive USC win.

5. With Warner likely retiring in Arizona, the NFC West could be the Niners to lose in 2010.
