In general all the things you may be saying are probably accurate.

However, look at some facts in this particular case before you start talking trash, please. I wrote a blog as well as did others about his problem. No, I didnt have $1000 extra bucks laying aroung on short notice for my dogs surgery. I did come up with about half of it and I was donated about half. The rest of the expenses that will be aftercare and bloodwork I will have money for then. I didnt lose him in a parking lot.

As for those saying I should have the money... Listen, I dont work alot, when I do I have to travel from Oregon to do so, which takes about half of what I earn out of the equation.. I have been in this biz for over 4 years and have always only been part time. Therfore I dont make a lot.

I dont waste my money. I live in an old run down rental house in a semi crappy neighborhood. I drive a VW Jetta. I dont have a suitcase pimp, credit card or a drug habit. I dont own one single designer handbag or pair of designer shoes.

I wasnt even going to ask for help, but a couple very sweet and wonderful friends did it for me, then I decided that my doggie deserved for me to not be proud and I asked for help. I feel blessed that people were willing to donate $20 here and there and a few even more during a sinking economy and at the holidays. I can describe how grateful I am.

So, for those who think I am a wasteful pornwhore, Im sorry but youre wrong.. For those who were concerned and even donated, thank you so very much.

Buddy is laying on my lap right now zonked out after some major surgery today. Hopefully he will be ok overall.. he will have a few lingering issues, but Im praying the worst is over.
