On one of my trips to the hospital for MRSA I had an Indian doctor. My regular doctor had recommended him. Harvard educated and all that shit. He performed surgery on my leg and the next night came in to redress the leg and wash out the wound. Without so much as a pain pill or versed or anything else he proceeded to open the wound and wash it out while squeezing the shit out of it. Even the nurse attending looked at me like WTF is he doing. Mind you the wound went to the bone and was about 4 inches long. I about screamed. I finally had to tell him in a firm voice I didn't think I could take much more. Later during a return visit to my regular doctor was apologetic and said he didn't think the Indian dude was gonna make it here in our area. He said lack of compassion was keeping his office empty of patients. Just a little indicator of how people are in that part of the world.

What if the indian doctor had to do the enema? (He'd probably use a fire hydrant on the street rather than the enema bag )
