Charlie is small. Real small. But, he is a survivor of many years of prison and was convicted of sodomizing another inmate in his youth. Still, did Charlie ever kill anyone?

I know he cut off part of Hinman's ear, tied up the LaBiancas, and likely was involved in killing Shorty Shea and possibly others, but it seems that he gets others to kill for him.

So, one-on-one I'd have to go with Ted.
