I have looked and my silly country has locked away the sick fucks who have walked this line in the past. Gay Lobby or not..its a fucking farce to think the legal system can't make that charge stick

We're too busy appeasing the liberal pansies & waging wards with foreign terrorists here in the US, sorry.

Eric,it appears that youve taken over the role as resident aswipe. Golly gee, Im sorry for misidentifying the company, but despite your worthless correction of my mistake, you still fail in responding to the actual faacts of the post. But dealing with low budget fucks like you is just something that those of us who know the facts have to deal with. Its no problem for me, so you can continue to act like the fucking idiot you are. Ignorance is bliss, and EricFuck is the happiest guy on earth. Fuck off and die, or maybe you can stop by Lou's place and suck his cock. Either way, fuck you and the horse your mother rode in on.

FAIL. Glad I touched a nerve.

There have been criminal prosecutions in the US where someone who was HIV+, and knew they were HIV+, infected someone else. Brian's situation is different because (1) he was actually HIV-, (2) he had no particular reason to believe he was HIV+, and (3) no one was infected by HIV.

Which, like welfare, is pushing the boundries of "Do we need government regulation?"

If the performers can't police themselves, I think CA (or CAL-OSHA, at the very least) should make it law/regulatory to provide a clean test, just like proof-of-age recordation "protects minors". If you don't have it, you don't perform. And if you do, you'll pay a fine for at least triple what you made for that scene.

It sure beats the fuck out of the exaggerated snoozefest that condom-only scenes would bring to the table.
