Being a Canadian im dense to American criminal law outside of what i see ice t enforce every week on special victims unit BUT
....do they not bring criminal charges against these fucks for doing this shit?
and privacy be damned. If there was a simple submission of productions that were plugge dinto a database and cross referenced with AIMS testing results. In even a private capacity, that would rectify this shit immediately .
test positive for whatever, the producer is notified immediately and your removed from production. Like its 2009, this isnt a stretch to do this.

I'll hav e to admit, "little dust-up" was not the best choice of words, and I have now amended the post to include a link to MY previous story about Pumper submitting a forged test to Evil Angel.
My hope is that testing will be made mandatory, so that no "untested" hardcore scene can be shot -- but as for my article supposedly making it easier for mandatory condom laws to be passed, that's pure paranoia.

Mr. 'cop out' Kernes, why did you never mention that this was the THIRD time Pumper was caught redhanded by Evaseve Angels forging tests. Not to mention an incident from a few years ago regading forged tests from Brian Humper.
Why did you never mention that this is a violation of the SELF REGULATING industy.
Wouldnt you agree that this is a perfect example of how the industry FAILS in regulating itself. If someone can forge tests multiple times with virtually NO repercussions of any kind, don t you think it is time for REAL regulation?
And since you agree that 'a little dust up' was a poor choice of words, perhaps you could give us some phrase that accurately describes the violation of the self regulated(lol) industry, perhaps something like "a complete violation of trust, and disregard for the health and safety of fellow performers.' But those are my words, lets see what words YOU would use to describe this 'little dust up."
I beleive AVN's editorial board should do a comprehensive review of the industry's "SELF REGULATIONG " plicy, and give examples of any incidents where ANYBODY was ever sanctioned by these self regulating policies. I beleive you will never do this because you would not be able to find a single incident of repercusions agains any memenber of the industry. YOU, as the most respected journalist in the industry should feel some duty to report the truth, and not candy coat it with terms like "little dust up'. Lets see if you got the guts to do it. Personally, I doubt it, but maybe I'm wrong, only time will tell.

I have looked and my silly country has locked away the sick fucks who have walked this line in the past. Gay Lobby or not..its a fucking farce to think the legal system can't make that charge stick
