PS. If Tiger hit a fire hydrant he'll get a ticket for that. That's probably what "charges" mean. It appears that the only one who spoke with the police officers so far is the wife, so if it turns out she was using the golf club on him instead of the SUV window he faced no charges over that (she could face false report charges).
