From a related story on AVN today, these guys are so lame it hurts my eyes reading their crap:

CHATSWORTH, Calif. -

With a distribution deal inked through Freedom Distributors and the signing of Taylor Rain to a non-exclusive promotional contract, production company Astrux Entertainment has had a hectic week. According to its founders Phil Martin and Lenny Stiltz, the fledgling company will serve up high-end gonzo and wall-to-wall porn that’s unique.

Astrux’s first video, Up In Da Club, received a four-star rating from AVN, and, according to Astrux, accolades throughout the porno world. “We’ve passed this movie all over the industry, and we’ve gotten great response. Everyone seems to really like it.” Said Stiltz. “The scene that really helped us out is a girl/girl scene we shot on the top of a three million dollar Mercedes.”

“We’re trying to bring in ‘clean’ porn,” explains Martin. “We used rubbers in our first one. We shot during the HIV scare. Nobody was shooting without them that week.”

Astrux’s owners are understandably enthusiastic about Rain’s signing. “Taylor Rain is a huge name. She was in our first movie, and she’ll promote us really well,” Said Stiltz. “We’ll send her all over the country to promote for us. We’re really excited.”

As for what’s next for Astrux, the sky’s the limit. The company is finishing shooting on their second feature, and they’ve been in negotiation with recently with some big players in porn. “We’re in discussions with some major companies about shooting a big budget feature for them.” Stiltz said.

“We’re shooting porn differently,” explains Martin. “We’re young guys, so we’ve got cool, innovative ideas. We haven’t been shooting the same thing forever.”

Sounds like they are trying to market for the baby boomers crowed. Clean porn and nice cars appeals to the older married man. It could be a good marketing strategy considering the baby boomers spend 1.1 trillion annually and there wives are fat a boring; so a little cut of that might go to them. It might be annoying for you guys but that kind of business spells big money. I find Extreme and JM stuff appeals to a slightly younger crowd. A crowd that isn't married and hasn't found the right woman in there life to make them really respect women. Luckily I'm one of those guys.
