I am unfamiliar with the American legal system..

Can anyone tell me are Wire-taps released under the freedom of information laws...I know court documents are made public,,but would a wiretap allso be made public..??

And if so ,,would you have to make a request for it or would it be posted publically on the Federal or State websites...California and Florida are the two states i am specifically looking for...
