If i remember correctly it is a small bar, in a small city w/the focus on drinks. I think the only food is apps and burgers. Not the kind of place you expect to have your chair pushed in and a hispanic guy over your shoulder to refill your water. And there is no mention of complaints until after the bill arrived. They were just coming up with excuses to try and cheap out $16.
