But, comparing hockey-attention-whore to Geraldine Ferraro isn't really fair, in my opinion.

I knew her personally. She was a rocket scientist compared to Palin. And, she never craved attention or the spotlight like this moron. Geraldine had an idiot crook for a husband, though, so Palin has better taste in men. And, c'mon, I'm not into Sarah at all, but it's a profound insult to Palin in the looks department.

A person who IS a bridge with similarities to both is Jeanne Pirro whom I also knew personally. Closer to Palin in intelligence [but still FAR above] and looks [but FAR below]. She straddles the issues somewhere in between these two. Jeanne also CRAVES the spotlight, and like, Geraldine, is an eye-tie with a crook for a husband.

But, I am biased. I'll always love Geraldine for wearing the T-Shirt I helped design about Mario Cuomo screwing my union [big screw on the front] in the Labor Day parade of 1992. She took the yellow thing and whipped it right on.



She got trounced by my boss, Bob Abrams, in the primary a week later.
