My understanding was that the talent paid a flat percentage based on what kind of work they were doing. That is what the list in the OP’s post appeared to be.

I didn’t know producer’s paid an additional amount on top of that for “use” of the agency’s services.

My worst day was when I was forced to use a sponge to do a scene because it was already booked and my monthly came early I had never did anything like this.
