I think getting fake tits just for revenue increase makes no sense unless you plan on being in the sex ind for the long haul. (Of course, I think if you want fake tits because you like the way they make and feel, that should be the real reason to get them.) But financially, factor in the cost of the procedure plus at least one more future procedure. Two procedures is at least $14K right there. Yes, you will need to get them replaced in 10-15 years. Most docs don't tell you that unless you ask.

That said, I've never met Eden, so I don't know the reason behind her choice.
