You guys know what you're doing so I figured I'd ask here. So how much content do I need to have up to be able to launch a site people will want to sign up and pay for?

I'm trying to work out my cash flow for the business and need to predict shooting expenses. This really depends on how many shoots I need to do in order to offer enough content people will be happy to pay for a membership.

I'd like to start out of the gate with a strong site.

I am producing and shooting all of my own content with all original girls and an original niche. Also, my main girl looks a lot like Gabriella Fox, but a little olde (25), more toned and tighter body and a she's a white chick.

Any tips on how much content I need to make the site successful?

10 girls? 20 movies? Less? Way more?

and how do you intend on not having your entire catalogue pirated in the blink of an eye?

Good luck-- though I warn you customers will be pissed if they can't download the content and save it. These days, quantity seems to matter more than quality-- it's really REALLY tough to start up a website right now.
