I'm fascinated by your ability to diagnose mental illness without any psychiatric tests or brain scans. I would also debate whether or not it is even possible to humanely remove someone from society on a permanent basis. You could argue that very idea is inhumane.

What about cases where the murderers are clearly not mentally ill?
