It is not the plan, but the execution that matters. And yes, I think that late 80s and early 90s porn chicks are better looking. To illustrate the point, I present Selena Steele, an 80s and 90s star that has the same "look" as Kiko. Keep in mind, that even at twice Kiko's age, Steela is still hotter.

There is such a demand to feed the machine at this point that chicks being accepted into your sorority are substandard. There needs to be a certification process to keep the quality up.
