I guess there are general fans who watch porn but don't feel the need to attend the conventions or chat online about it - we are probably the more nerdy fans, similar to "Comic Book Guy" from the Simpsons

I was wondering if porn fans are any different ( scarier perhaps? ) to sci-fi fans or general Hollywood mainstream moviestar fans but I guess fans are all pretty much the same no matter what the interest
