To my knowledge, Jesus did no soldiering. And, thought there are quite a few threats in Revelations, those acts are close to 2k years overdue. I tend to think he's boasted something he cannot deliver.

Plus, he dies with few converts. I mean what's he got at the end? 12 guys and a "provider"?? And, one of them turns him in? And, he dies without a fight?
