I lost 47 lbs in 3mos. by dropping all dairy & meat (except chicken) and eating an apple for lunch, and gigantic salads @ dinner. Well, there was the riding a bicycle 8 miles a day 4X a week before work, but hey, anyone can do that... LOL.
